RF Notice Signs
The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) adopted a standard that establishes the "Notice" signal word for use with locations where there is a potential to exceed public exposure limits. The "Caution" signal word remains associated with locations where the occupational limit could be exceeded. RFSigns.com offers two versions of the RF Safety Notice sign: one for generic information about the presence of transmitters (NOTICE: English & Bilingual), and one notifying visitors of the potential for exceeding the public exposure limit, NOTICE (Public).

Our ANSI compliant radio frequency safety signs are also available in a bilingual (English-Spanish/Español) versions.
RFSigns.com recommends that RF signs be used as part of a comprehensive occupational safety program, including: hazard communications signage, a written hazard management policy, training, record-keeping, surveys and calculations and the availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
